Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order. If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights that nothing in these terms takes away.
About us
This website is run by [legal entity name], a company registered in [country of registration] under company number [company number]. Our registered address is [registered address]. [VAT number, if registered]
You can contact us by email at [customer care email].
Your order
When you place an order, we email to confirm we’ve received it. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation.
If we can’t fill your order, for example because a piece has sold out or there was a mistake in its price, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). [Say whether prices include VAT] Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
We take payment when you place your order. [Accepted payment methods]
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are on our delivery page and at checkout. UK delivery is free on orders over £150.
The pieces are your responsibility once they’re delivered to the address you gave us. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, or by a date we agreed with you, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Your right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by email at [customer care email] with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the pieces back.
We’ll refund the price of the pieces and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them back, or of you showing us proof that you’ve sent them. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery cost. [Who pays for return postage when a customer changes their mind?]
Please take care of pieces while they’re with you. We may reduce your refund if a piece has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what’s needed to try it on.
Full details are in our returns policy.
Faulty pieces
Every piece must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a piece is faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that doesn’t put it right, a refund. We cover the cost of returning faulty pieces.
Your account
Please keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or fail to take reasonable care, we’re responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We’re not responsible for business losses, as our pieces are sold for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Our designs and content
The designs, prints, photographs and text on this website belong to Binye or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without asking us first.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. [Confirm governing law once the company's registration is settled]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown here when you placed it.
